Shipping & Delivery: Shipping is currently a flat rate of 10USD per order to anywhere that USPS delivers. Puzzles will ship within 7-10 days of your order. Packing and shipping will generally be done on weekends.
Returns & Replacements: If your puzzle arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement. We also accept returns if you are unsatisfied within 10 days of the puzzle's arrival. If you would like to arrange a return or replacement, please email us at support@thetwistystore.com.
